Villa Despina I is located in a small village named Asomatos, near the city of Plakias. It consists of about 180 m2 of living space, built in a 10000 m2 plot, with hundreds of olive and fruit trees and other vegetation. There are no other buildings for about 300 meters, so a car is of need. Asomatos has 150 permanent citizens and is 27 km far away from the city of Rethymnon, in the southern Crete and belongs to St. Vasileios Municipal.

8 Villa Michael

Our Villa is a new building in the area of Triopetra and it can fit up to eight people. There is private swimming pool and garden and also a lovely sea and mountain view. It is an one floor property with three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a small bathroom inside the one bedroom. There is also a kitchen ,dining room and living room with outstanding view. Free WIFI and Satelite TV are also available at the property.Outside there is a dining area,BBQ,the swimming pool and the garden.
