The living-area is on the ground floor and it includes two comfortable sofas, an air conditioning unit, an open fireplace with a fireproof glass door, a stereo rack and a satellite TV set with a large screen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric hob with 4 hot-plates, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. In front of the kitchen there is a small balcony.
On the ground floor there is also a bedroom which has a double bed, a separate air conditioning unit and a balcony. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and WC. An internal staircase leads up to the top floor, where the three other bedrooms are. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower/WC and a veranda which is roofed by a pergola. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. Furthermore there is a large veranda which is partly roofed by a pergola, and a bathroom with a bath-tub/WC and a washing-machine.
The living-room and all bedrooms are air conditioned. A satellite TV set is also available. Hair dryers are available in each bathroom. Furthermore there is a safe deposit box and a First Aid kit. Iron and board are available as well.
In front of the living-room there is a roofed terrace with table and chairs. The gardens are framed by natural stone walls with many sunk-in lamps. There are lawns, flowers, young fruit trees and ornamental plants. On the west side there is the sun terrace and the private 40sqm swimming pool. Sunshades and deck chairs are available. In a corner of the garden there is a brickwork barbecue facility. The private parking is on the east side.
From the terraces and verandas, views range northwards to the coast and the Aegean Sea, north-westwards to the peninsulas of Akrotiri and Drapanon, westwards to the White Mountains and south-eastwards to the Ida Mountains. The surroundings are very peaceful. The nearest bus stop is 1.2km north by the National Road. Down there is also a small super market and a tavern. In the neighbouring village of Stavromenos there are another 3 supermarkets, a pharmacy and taverns. The nearest beach is 1.5km and the town of Rethymnon is only 11km away.
